Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If an applicant makes a provisional application, the applicant may make one or more complete applications associated with the provisional application at any time within the prescribed period.
(2) In this section:
"applicant" includes a person entitled to make a request under section 113 in relation to the relevant patent application.
