Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsFor the purposes of this Act, a person is the Designated Manager if the person occupies, or is acting in, a position that:
(a) is usually occupied by an SES employee; and
(b) has been declared by the Secretary to the Department, in writing, to be the position of Designated Manager.
