PATENTS ACT 1990 - SECT 149
Revocation of direction Where under section 148 an application has lapsed, or has
ceased to be treated as an international application, because of a direction
by the Director under section 147, the applicant may apply in writing
to the Director for the revocation of the direction and the Director may
revoke the direction.
