PATENTS ACT 1990 - SECT 121
Counter - claim for revocation of patent(1) A defendant in infringement proceedings may apply by way of counter - claim in the proceedings for the revocation of the patent.
(2) The provisions of this Act relating to proceedings for the
revocation of a patent apply, with the necessary changes, to a counter -
claim.
