Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Commissioner may delegate to either a member of his or her staff or a member of the staff of the Ombudsman all or any of the powers conferred on the Commissioner by this Act, other than a power conferred by section 52 or a power in connection with the performance of the function of the Commissioner set out in paragraph 28(1)(a).
