ONLINE SAFETY ACT 2021 - SECT 187
Consultants(1) The Commissioner may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, engage persons having suitable qualifications and experience as consultants to the Commissioner.
(2) The consultants are to be engaged on the terms and
conditions that the Commissioner determines in writing.
