OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 1994 - SECT 415
Acting responsible Commonwealth Minister(1) The functions and powers of the responsible Commonwealth Minister under this Act may be performed and exercised by another Commonwealth Minister acting for and on behalf of the responsible Commonwealth Minister.
(2) The functions and powers referred to in subsection (
1) include functions and powers that the responsible Commonwealth Minister has
as a member of a Joint Authority.
