OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 1994 - SECT 411
Records of proceedings of Joint Authority(1) The Designated Authority is to keep written records of the decisions of the Joint Authority.
(2) A record kept under subsection ( 1) is prima facie
evidence that the decision was duly made as recorded if the record is signed
by a person who was a member of the Joint Authority at the time when the
decision was made.
