OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 1994 - SECT 35

                   This Act does not apply to the exploration for or recovery of petroleum.

Note 1:       For petroleum see section 4.

Note 2:       Offshore petroleum exploration and mining are regulated by the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006 .
