OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 1994 - SECT 332
Inspection of register and documents(1) A person may inspect the register and the document file if the person pays the fee prescribed by the regulations.
(2) The Designated Authority must make the register and the
document file available for inspection at all convenient times.
