OLYMPIC INSIGNIA PROTECTION ACT 1987 - SECT 7
Monopoly of design(1) The AOC has a monopoly in a protected design.
(2) The rights of the AOC with respect to a protected design are
personal property and, subject to this Chapter, the laws applicable to
ownership of personal property apply in relation to the monopoly in the design
as they apply in relation to other choses in action.
