OLYMPIC INSIGNIA PROTECTION ACT 1987 - SECT 66

Prescribed courts

                   Each of the following courts is a prescribed court for the purposes of this Chapter:

                     (a)  the Federal Court;

                     (b)  the Supreme Court of a State;

                     (c)  the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory;

                     (d)  the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory;

                     (e)  the Supreme Court of Norfolk Island.
