Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A prescribed court may grant an interim injunction pending the determination of an application under section 41.
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1) of this section, a contravention of section 36 is taken to have caused immediate and irreparable damage to the applicant.
