OLYMPIC INSIGNIA PROTECTION ACT 1987 - SECT 40

AOC to maintain Register of licences

             (1)  The AOC is to maintain a Register in which the AOC includes prescribed particulars of licences.

             (2)  The Register may be maintained by electronic means.

             (3)  The Register is to be made available for inspection on the Internet.
