OLYMPIC INSIGNIA PROTECTION ACT 1987 - SECT 13
Delegation Section 124 of the Designs Act 2003 applies in relation
to the Registrar's powers under this Part in the same manner in
which it applies in relation to the Registrar's powers under that Act.
