OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (MARITIME INDUSTRY) ACT 1993 - SECT 26

Sections 22, 23, 24 and 25 not to affect the operation of the Trade Practices Act 1974 or certain other laws

                   Sections 22, 23, 24 and 25 do not affect the operation of the Trade Practices Act 1974 , or of any other law of the Commonwealth or a State or Territory that imposes an obligation in respect of the erection or installation of goods or the supply of other services.
