OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (MARITIME INDUSTRY) ACT 1993 - SECT 18

Sections 15, 16 and 17 not to affect the operation of the Trade Practices Act 1974 or certain other laws

                   Sections 15, 16 and 17 do not affect the operation of the Trade Practices Act 1974 , or of any other law of the Commonwealth or a State or Territory that imposes an obligation on a manufacturer in respect of defective goods or in respect of information to be supplied in relation to goods.
