OMBUDSMAN ACT 1976 - SECT 19U
Disclosure of identifying information The Postal Industry Ombudsman must not, in referring to an
investigation in a report under section 19V or 19X, disclose the name
of a complainant or any other matter that would enable a complainant to be
identified, unless it is fair and reasonable in all the circumstances to do
so.
