NATIONAL TRANSMISSION NETWORK SALE ACT 1998 - SECT 21

                   The following provisions of Schedule 3 to the Telecommunications Act do not apply:

                     (a)  Divisions 2 and 3 of Part 1;

                     (b)  Division 6 of Part 1;

                     (c)  subclause 44(2) and clauses 46, 47 and 53.
