NATIVE TITLE ACT 1993 - SECT 37

No arbitral body determination if agreement or Ministerial determination

                   The arbitral body must not make a determination if:

                     (a)  an agreement of the kind mentioned in paragraph 31(1)(b) has been made; or

                     (b)  a determination under section 36A has been made.
