NATIVE TITLE ACT 1993 - SECT 24CA

Indigenous land use agreements (area agreements)

                   An agreement meeting the requirements of sections 24CB to 24CE is an indigenous land use agreement .

Note:          Subdivisions B and D provide for other kinds of indigenous land use agreements.
