NATIVE TITLE ACT 1993 - SECT 199A

Establishment

  (1)   There is to be a Register known as the Register of Indigenous Land Use Agreements.

Registrar to establish and keep

  (2)   The Register must be established and kept by the Registrar.

Register may be kept by computer

  (3)   The Register may be kept by use of a computer.
