NATIVE TITLE ACT 1993 - SECT 133

             (1)  As soon as practicable after 30 June in each year, the President must prepare and give to the Commonwealth Minister a report that relates to the Tribunal's activities during the year.

             (2)  The report must include:

                     (a)  the financial statements required by section 49 of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 ; and

                     (b)  an audit report on those statements under section 57 of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 .

          (2A)  The report may include particulars of any failure to act in good faith and the reasons why the conduct was not in good faith, as allowed by section 94Q.

             (3)  The Commonwealth Minister must cause a copy of the report to be tabled in each House of the Parliament as soon as practicable.
