Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Registrar may engage persons having suitable qualifications and experience as consultants to, or to perform services for, the Registrar.
Services include research
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the services that a consultant may be engaged to perform include carrying out research under subsection 108(2).
How engagement to be made
(3) An engagement under subsection (1) must be made:
(a) on behalf of the Commonwealth; and
(b) by written agreement.
