NORTHERN TERRITORY (SELF-GOVERNMENT) ACT 1978 - SECT 31
Extent of executive power The duties, powers, functions and authorities of the
Administrator, the Executive Council and the Ministers of the Territory
imposed or conferred by or under this Part extend to the execution and
maintenance of this Act and the laws of the Territory and to the exercise of
the prerogatives of the Crown so far as they relate to those duties, powers,
functions and authorities.
