NATIONAL SECURITY INFORMATION (CRIMINAL AND CIVIL PROCEEDINGS) ACT 2004 - SECT 46F
Offence to contravene court order(a) the court makes an order under this Act in relation to a civil proceeding; and
(b) a person intentionally contravenes the order;
the person commits an offence.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.
