NATIONAL SECURITY INFORMATION (CRIMINAL AND CIVIL PROCEEDINGS) ACT 2004 - SECT 42

Offence to contravene requirement to notify Attorney-General etc. under sections 24 and 25

                   A person commits an offence if:

                     (a)  the person contravenes subsection 24(1), (2) or (3) or 25(2) or (6); and

                     (b)  the disclosure of information mentioned in that subsection is likely to prejudice national security.

Penalty:  Imprisonment for 2 years.
