NATIONAL SECURITY INFORMATION (CRIMINAL AND CIVIL PROCEEDINGS) ACT 2004 - SECT 37
Appeals against court orders under section 31(1) The prosecutor, the defendant or the Attorney - General may appeal against any order of the court made under section 31.
(2) The court that has jurisdiction to hear and determine
appeals from the judgment on the trial in the proceeding has jurisdiction to
hear and determine any appeal under this section.
