Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Attorney‑General may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, intervene in a hearing in a federal criminal proceeding in relation to which the closed hearing requirements apply.
(2) If the Attorney‑General intervenes in the hearing, he or she is treated as if he or she is a party to the hearing.
