Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) At any time during a federal criminal proceeding, the prosecutor and the defendant may agree to an arrangement about any disclosure, in the proceeding, of information that relates to national security or any disclosure, of information in the proceeding, that may affect national security.
(2) The court may make such order (if any) as it considers appropriate to give effect to the arrangement.
