NATIONAL REDRESS SCHEME FOR INSTITUTIONAL CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE ACT 2018 - SECT 129
Actions of the representative for a lone institution(1) Any act that may be done by a participating lone institution under, or for the purposes of, this Act may be done by the representative for the institution on behalf of the institution.
(2) Any act that is done by the representative for a
participating lone institution on behalf of the institution has effect, for
the purposes of this Act, as if it had been done by the institution.
