NUCLEAR NON-PROLIFERATION (SAFEGUARDS) ACT 1987 - SECT 56
Engagements of consultants etc.(1) The Director may, on behalf of the Commonwealth and with the approval of the Minister or a person authorised in writing by the Minister for the purpose, engage, under agreements in writing, persons having suitable qualifications and experience as consultants to the Director.
(2) The terms and conditions of engagement of a person engaged
by the Director under subsection ( 1) are such as are determined by the
Director.
