NUCLEAR NON-PROLIFERATION (SAFEGUARDS) ACT 1987 - SECT 54
Australian Safeguards Office(1) There is hereby established an Office to be known as the Australian Safeguards Office.
(2) The Australian Safeguards Office shall consist of the Director and the staff referred to in section 55.
(3) The Office may be referred to by another name specified by
the Minister by notice in the Gazette . This subsection has effect despite
subsection ( 1).
