NUCLEAR NON-PROLIFERATION (SAFEGUARDS) ACT 1987 - SECT 52
Additional reports(a) shall furnish to the Minister such reports or information in relation to the operations of the Director as the Minister requires; and
(b) may furnish to the Minister such other reports or
information in relation to the operations of the Director as the Director
considers appropriate.
