Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to this section, the Council may constitute such committees as it thinks necessary for the purposes of this Act.
(2) A committee may be constituted wholly by members of the Council or partly by members of the Council and partly by other persons.
