NATIONAL LIBRARY ACT 1960 - SECT 15A

A member other than the Director-General may resign his or her office by signed notice delivered to:

(a)

in the case of a member appointed by the Governor-General—the Governor-General; or

(b)

in the case of a member elected by the Senate or the House of Representatives—the President of the Senate or the Speaker of the House of Representatives, as the case may be.
