Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A Judge shall be remunerated with the salary and annual allowance that he or she receives as a Judge of the other court, or other courts of which he or she is a Judge.
(2) A Judge shall be paid such travelling allowances as the Governor‑General approves.
