NORFOLK ISLAND ACT 1979 - SECT 51

Appointment of Norfolk Island Government Auditor

                   Subject to section 51A, the Administrator shall, on the advice of the Legislative Assembly:

                     (a)  appoint a person or firm to be the Norfolk Island Government Auditor; and

                     (b)  determine the terms and conditions of employment (including remuneration) of the Auditor.
