NORFOLK ISLAND ACT 1979 - SECT 18
Application of Commonwealth Acts(1) An Act or a provision of an Act extends to the Territory of its own force except so far as the Act or another Act expressly provides otherwise.
(2) Except as provided by this Act, an enactment has no effect so far as it purports to affect the application of an Act or a provision of an Act in or in relation to the Territory.
(3) Subsections ( 1) and (2) apply to Acts passed before,
on or after 1 July 2016.
