Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Notwithstanding the repeal of the Norfolk Island Act 1957 and the Norfolk Island Act 1963 , but subject to this Act, all other laws in force immediately before the date of commencement of this section in or in relation to the Territory continue in force.
(2) In this section, laws means Ordinances made under, and laws continued in force by, the Norfolk Island Act 1957 and laws made under such an Ordinance or law.
