NORFOLK ISLAND ACT 1979 - SECT 15

             (1)  A member of the Executive Council shall, before entering on the duties of his or her office, make and subscribe an oath or affirmation in accordance with the form in Schedule 5.

             (2)  A person who is appointed to an executive office shall, before entering on the duties of his or her office, make and subscribe an oath or affirmation in accordance with the form in Schedule 6.

             (3)  A person who does not hold executive office shall not attend a meeting of the Executive Council unless he or she has, at any time after the last preceding general election of the Legislative Assembly, made and subscribed an oath or affirmation in accordance with the form in Schedule 7.

             (4)  An oath or affirmation under this section shall be made before the Administrator or a person authorized by the Administrator to administer such oaths or affirmations.
