NATIONAL HEALTH SECURITY ACT 2007 - SECT 60C

                   A person commits an offence if:

                     (a)  the person is subject to a requirement under a condition specified in a legislative instrument made under this Division; and

                     (b)  the person does, or omits to do, an act; and

                     (c)  the person's act or omission breaches the requirement.

Penalty:  500 penalty units.
