NATIONAL HEALTH REFORM ACT 2011 - SECT 175
Consultants(1) The Pricing Authority may engage persons having suitable qualifications and experience as consultants to the Pricing Authority.
(2) The consultants are to be engaged on the terms and
conditions that the Pricing Authority determines in writing.
