Timetables and procedures to assist CEO make recommendations on application of Account(1) Each financial year, the CEO must publish a timetable and procedures to assist him or her to make recommendations to the Minister on the application of the Account under paragraph 7(1)(c).
Timetables and procedures are not legislative instruments
(2) The timetable and the procedures are not legislative
instruments.
