NATIONAL HEALTH AND MEDICAL RESEARCH COUNCIL ACT 1992 - SECT 5B

Establishment of the NHMRC

             (1)  The National Health and Medical Research Council is established by this section.

             (2)  The NHMRC comprises the following:

                     (a)  the CEO;

                     (b)  the Council and committees;

                     (c)  the staff of the NHMRC.
