NATIONAL HEALTH AND MEDICAL RESEARCH COUNCIL ACT 1992 - SECT 59

    A complaint must:

  (a)   be in writing; and

  (b)   be signed by the complainant; and

  (c)   describe the action complained about; and

  (d)   specify the nature of and grounds for the complaint; and

  (e)   be lodged with the Commissioner.
