NATIONAL HEALTH AND MEDICAL RESEARCH COUNCIL ACT 1992 - SECT 15

CEO must develop procedures

             (1)  The CEO must develop and publish procedures to assist persons or bodies to make submissions under this Division.

Procedures are not legislative instruments

             (2)  The procedures are not legislative instruments.
