NATIONAL HEALTH ACT 1953 - SECT 119
Membership of Committees(1) A member of a Committee appointed by the Minister shall hold office during the Minister's pleasure.
(2) A qualified person may be appointed to be a member of both a
Federal Committee and a State Committee, and a person so appointed may hold
both appointments at the same time.
