NATIONAL HEALTH ACT 1953 - SECT 116
Functions of State Committee A State Committee of Inquiry established under section
115 shall inquire into and report to the Minister or the Secretary on any
matter referred to the Committee by the Minister or the Secretary in respect
of or arising out of the services or conduct of approved pharmacists in
connection with the supply in the State of pharmaceutical benefits under Part
VII.
