NATIONAL HEALTH ACT 1953 - SECT 114
Functions of Federal Committee The Pharmaceutical Services Federal Committee of Inquiry shall
inquire into and report to the Minister or the Secretary on any matter
referred to the Committee by the Minister or the Secretary in respect of or
arising out of the services or conduct of approved pharmacists in connection
with the supply of pharmaceutical benefits under Part VII.
